Enjoyed our Xmas stay with easy, to, use kitchen facilities and warm fire. Close to local store for food. Spacious rooms and lovely hospitality. Great shower and comfy bed with skin care products provided. Good local recommendations too. Pet, friendly and thoughtful touches like a towel for our pet at the door.
The living area was a bit cold in the mornings and evenings, though it warmed up with the fire later on. Some may find the B&B dynamic strange if first, time visitors, but it was a pleasant experience overall.

Tipsy Trout, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to Taupo. Ideal base for a city break in Kinloch.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was very thoughtful and hospitable, providing us with everything we needed, including towels and skincare products. We loved the spacious room, which had a very cozy bed with an electric blanket. The breakfast was amazing, and we were able to easily use the kitchen facilities. The hotel was conveniently located near the local cycling trails and had great parking options.

The host was fantastic, providing us with all the necessary amenities, including a towel for our dog. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The house had excellent facilities, perfect for our short stay, and was conveniently located near a local store. The breakfast was lovely and low-key, perfect for a relaxed morning.
The living area was a bit chilly in the evening and mornings, but this was remedied later on with the use of a cozy fireplace. we had a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Our host was lovely, providing towels for our dog and creating a lovely breakfast. the room was comfortable, with a great shower and thoughtful bathroom products. the facilities were all easy to use and the dining room and lounge were great to relax in.
The living area could be a bit chilly in the morning, but the fire warmed things up later in the day.
